Investment
Because this program includes an initial 30-minute video consultation and personalized support, a minimum 2-month commitment is required. This allows you time to build confidence with Japanese ingredients, develop healthy cooking habits, and make meaningful progress in the kitchen.
• Getting Started Package (2 Months): ¥35,000
Includes your initial consultation, monthly coaching calls, and Tuesday Coaching Day support.
• Ongoing Coaching: ¥15,000 per month
After the initial 2-month commitment, you may continue on a month-to-month basis if you'd like ongoing support.
• No subscription required
There is no automatic renewal. You'll decide each month whether you'd like to continue.

Once your payment has been confirmed, I'll send a booking link to your email so you can schedule your initial 30-minute video consultation.
Initial consultations are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 9:00–10:30 AM or 12:30–1:30 PM (Japan Standard Time).
Please be sure to check the time difference in your local time zone before booking.

Each month, you can book a 15-minute voice coaching call with me via LINE, Messenger, or Google Meet. Voice coaching calls are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM (Japan Standard Time).

You can send me your questions at any time throughout the week. I'll review and respond to them during your Tuesday Coaching Day check-in.

Yes. I’m happy to suggest recipes, simple cooking ideas, and ways to use seasonal produce and Japanese ingredients. I may also share recipes I have created myself or recommend recipes from trusted sources.
Please note that this program does not include customized meal plans or creating original recipes on request.
