The host maintains automobile insurance that includes coverage of up to ¥50,000,000 per person for bodily injury arising from a motor vehicle accident, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of the insurance policy.

Guests are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance and are strongly encouraged to ensure that their policy provides adequate coverage for medical expenses, personal injury, trip interruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances that may arise before, during, or after the experience.

5. Weather Cancellations

  • Your safety is our top priority. We will monitor the weather closely and make a final safety assessment 24–48 hours before each experience.
